Portion control

I typically cook my food in bulk so that I can divided them up into individual #petite portions for a few days at a time.👩🏻‍🍳 I use a food scale so that each container has exactly the same amount of each food.👌🏼 Then I store them in the fridge until it’s time to eat one!⁠💯Continue reading “Portion control”
