Just a short update about my training, diet, and body after being fully recovered from Hypothalamic Amenorrhea for 16 months.

If there’s anything you take away from this episode is that your setback isn’t your forever. These things happen to teach us something important and I think it’s really important to reflect on why this thing happened to you in the first place because once you figure it out, it’s easier to find a different approach that works for you.
