High Protein Cereal Bowl

Now, I know what you’re thinking “omg raw liquid egg whites? EW! Is that even safe?”

Trust me, don’t knock it til you try it.

First off, yes it is safe because the egg whites from the carton are pasteurized (still don’t believe me? look at the recipe for a smoothie on the label).

Secondly, you won’t even taste them because they are flavorless.

Third, when you mix with nut milk, the liquid will be flush white so it will look just like milk!

How to make this fantastic breakfast in less than 30 seconds:

  1. Put 50g cereal in a bowl
  2. Pour 1/4 cup egg white & 1/4 almond or cashew milk over cereal
  3. ENJOY!
