Soooo the other nice I was really REALLY craving some ice cream. But I knew I was going out to get burgers and ice cream the next day with my girl tribe so I didn’t wanna give in to the craving 2 nights in a row!
I decided to get created with what I had and this is what I came up with –> Cottage Cheese nIce cream!
Step 1: Put 140g cottage cheese in a magic bullet.
Step 2: add a splash of almond milk (I didn’t measure, just a splash, you can always add more)
Step 3: Add 1 scoop of Barleans Chocolate Silk Superfoods powder. (If you haven’t tried this yet, you absolutely NEED to! It tastes wayyy better than sweetened cocoa powder! I buy it right on Amazon)
Step 4: I added additional cocoa powder and stevia because I wanted it to be extra chocolate-y! (#pmscraving)
Step 5: Blend until all the chunks are gone!
Step 6: Pour it into a bowl or Tupperware with a lid (if you aren’t eating it that night). Pop it into the freezer to harden!
Step 7: ENJOY like ice cream!
