Step 1: Oatmeal(carb) with water in the microwave for 45 seconds⁠

Step 2: Stir in liquid egg whites(protein) and microwave another  30 seconds. Stir again, microwave again, repeat this.  process until egg whites are cooked through ⁠

Step 3: Add berries(micros)!⁠

Step 4: Add cashew butter(fat)!⁠
