This is Super Bowl Sunday worthy!!!
I steamed a head of cauliflower until slightly softened but not mushy.
Once cooked, Broke it apart into bites sized pieces and placed in a gallon plastic bag. Poured in buffalo sauce and garlic powder. Sealed the bag and tossed to coat pieces completely.
Then I placed in the air fryer drawer and sprayed lightly with some olive oil spray.
Cooked on the chip setting for 10 min, then tossed and sprayed again, cooked for another 5 min and done!
