👩🏻‍🍳Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

You will need gold or red potatoes, sweet onion and fresh rosemary!

  1. Chop the potatoes and onion and spread along a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  2. Lightly Spray with olive oil or coconut oil
  3. Cut the rosemary into fine pieces and sprinkle over the potatoes. Add pink salt too
  4. Roast in the oven at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown. Tossing once halfway through cook time.

 

Fun fact: You can cut the cook time in HALF (20 min ) by using and air-fryer instead of the oven. Just use the chip/potato setting (400 degrees)
