Tracking macros is basically like playing a numbers game.🎯

Each day when you wake up you start at 0-0-0. Each food item has a specific sequence of numbers. Each time you eat a quanity of that food item you increase your score. 📝

It’s not about having the highest score or the lowest score. It’s all about getting as close as possible to your “lucky” numbers.✨

The catch? You can’t negate your score so you have to eat strategically. And you don’t want to eat too much of one thing at once because you might not have have any room for it later.😨

When you look at tracking macros like a numbers game it can actually be quite fun. You might think its silly but when I’m working towards a goal and I hit those “lucky” numbers spot on I feel like I just won the jackpot!💰💰💰
