If you’re anything like me, I can’t hard boil eggs to save my life. Either they are undercooked, overcooked, cracked or I somehow burn myself somewhere in the process.
Here’s a Fool proof way to “hard boil” eggs: Bake eggs in muffin pan in the oven for 30 min @ 325 degrees. Remove and transfer to an ice bath for 10 min.
Sure, it takes double the cook time as the traditional pot of water but I promise its 1/2 the hassle …and for what it’s worth, save some water!!
