Protein Chai Latte

There are some mornings… And some nights when I just want a big mug of something hot, creamy, and delicious! This cures the cravings and fits the macros… Without the guilt!

 

Ingredients:
4-6 oz coffee
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 Tbsp coconut oil (optional but this makes it extra creamy!)
A splash of almond milk
Dash of cinnamon and stevia to taste!

Directions: Blend all ingredients in a magic bullet (or regular blender). Pour into your favorite mug and relax!

*Don’t worry about mixing protein with hot water.. It won’t change the nutritional value or taste.
